The Temple of Hathor
Very intriguing wall carvings were found in an underground chamber of the Late Ptolemaic Temple of Hathor at Dendera, Egypt. They depict priests holding in their hands devices that look like big electric “lamps held by high-tension insulators”. A light bulbs or cathode ray tubes? The ancient Egyptians may have used an artificial source of light. No trace of soot from torches, oil lamps can be found on the walls and ceilings of the tombs. What are these oblong tubes? For what purpose were they created for 3,000 years ago and perhaps even earlier?
